We provide consulting services to school districts for a variety of information technology subjects such as IT Training, Network Architecture Planning and Upgrades, Customer Software Development and Software Purchases which are available on a time and billing basis

Service		Description
System Planning   System Installation & Setup		From a ground up implementation to integrating Mentor Enterprise Windows 2003 servers in an existing district domain, our network planning experts can assist with sharing their experience, planning, documenting and assisting with evolving a district's system architecture.
System Hosting for Pilot Projects		Mentor Manager Systems is experienced with hosting Mentor Enterprise from a high speed server installation in Nelson, BC.   We can provide the necessary knowledge transfer to district IT staff to become successful with managing their own server thin client and web server installations.
Strategic Planning Project Management Business Analysis		Mentor principals are experienced IT professionals that can work closely with Superintendents and Principles and IT Managers to plan and meet the strategic goals of the district.
Training Services		Mentor offers on-site training, conference training, web cast and standard training documents for users.   Training new users is critical to the success of running Mentor Manager.     In a district setting we promote training a lead site administrator(s) to deal with ongoing training.   Training can be arranged onsite or remotely based on the following rates: Onsite: 500.00/day plus travel and accommodation expenses   Remote Training: 90.00/hr with a 1 hour minimum plus applicable phone line expenses
Data Migration		Our staff have migrated data to Mentor from Trevlac, Chancery, Windsor, Turbo School and WebCT.
Development Services		Schools wanting to extend the functionality of Mentor through development of custom reports or new programs can be arranged on a time and billing basis
